By booking services with J & O Bricklaying, you agree to the following terms:

Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated (For example  quotes requiring travel outside of the areas of Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre). Any changes to the original scope of work may result in a revised quote. Quotes are provided by email unless a postal request is made.

Bookings & Cancellations

We aim to be flexible and work around your schedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover lost time or preparation costs.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.  A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking unless stated otherwise. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. Payments are to be made by bank transfer. 

Workmanship Guarantee

We take pride in our work and aim to complete every job to a high standard. If you have any concerns after the work is finished, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Access & Safety

We ask that you provide clear access to the site and a safe working environment. If we are unable to carry out the work safely, we reserve the right to reschedule or stop work. NB. Our team are CITB Health and Safety trained and hold current CSCS cards.
